One and half years ago, I purchased a headphone of Bose Company. After purchasing of a few months, there was a problem created in headphone. The sound was not cleared. I called to Bose customer care and logged my complaint to them. They rectified the problem within three days. They just charged me one hundred and fifty rupees. I am so happy and satisfied with their services.

I bought Bose speakers from online shopping website. Some days ago, there was a problem occurred in its sound bar. I went to Bose customer care and registered my complaint. The executive of the company told me that they are not responsible for that. Behave of the executive was very rude. I am so frustrated from their bad services.
