The sound system of the product is superior and there are no words to explain the video quality, it's just fantastic. A couple of days ago I had bought a headphone of BOSE, but within in two days one of the sides of the headphones got completely shut down there was no voice were coming through. I called the BOSE customer care and told about the problem, but they refused to admit my query because, in their opinion, the query wasn't included in term and condition. Thanks a lots BOSE.
