BSNL is one of the biggest companies in the world, but their service one of the worst one. We have our broadband and phone line out of service from 6th November 2016 and after repeated messages to local SDO at Garhshankar and phone calls at Hoshiarpur, there is no change. I am banging my head against the wall trying to get our system installed. I am abroad at the movement and hope the line will be working by the time I come back. We have only six months ago spent Rs 50000/- to get CCTV cameras installed, but now they will not work without the internet, which is out of order from nearly three months.
