Hello sir/madam, my name is Shan Thakur. I am impressed with the Butterfly services. I am using the butterfly induction cooker last one year. But before two weeks, it creates some problem. Then I have repaired my induction cooker from the Butterfly Home Appliances Service Center. Now in this time my induction cooker working very well.

I have a suggestion to all do not purchase the Butterfly grinder, these services are very bad. I am using a Butterfly mixer grinder before one year. But last month, I have some problem with my Mixer grinder, they are not working properly. I have contacted the Butterfly Mixer Grinder Service Center. But they have not picked up my phone. I am very disappointed with these services.

Such excellent service, I am impressed with the Butterfly service. In the year of 2014, I had purchased a Butterfly Yogurt Maker within one year manufacturing warranty. But after seven months, it was damaged. Then, I went to the Butterfly Yogurt Maker Service Center. They have checked the warranty card and solved the problem within two hours.
