It’s a bogus institute in the name of career power. The teachers there are frustrated individuals who are not qualified and have no real knowledge or experience. The director Gaurav Jain is a B.sc and is never himself got in any nationalized bank ever. He is a frustrated individual and tries to dominate students who are eligible. He along with some other individuals, namely Tarun Pal and Praveen Patel organizes so called panel interview for students where they harass students (Specially Girls) and take out their frustrations.
