Hi friends, hope you all safe from this company. I had worked at Dextrous as a BDM they are fraud company and not paying salary to their sales people its a 10 sitter office and just 5-7 people working and they said 20-50 employees to their clients. They will ask you to join at any salary but at the time of salary they will make excuses like: 1.you did nothing all month. 2. you spent all your time in toilet, finally they will not pay you even a single rupee. I got trapped so that I had file my report at sector 63 police station against both person Mr. Vivek bhilatiya and Mr, Vipin bhilatiya. I have stamped zerox if any one want to confirm kindly call me at 9654047349. I saw some clients they got their project but after collection of money they did nothing for them. I have been working for Dextrous Infosolution, Noida from a long time and don’t feel the need to join any other company. I feel like it is my family that I don’t want to leave. The top management is very understanding and cares for you; the salary is competitive and comes on time every month. They give you the due recognition for your work and the work environment is free from any kind of politics. There are a few shortcomings but it is the same with every company, there are some pros and some cons. I believe that I did the right thing by joining this company and wish them all the best.
