Dear Sir, as per earlier correspondence as you know that we have taken a home loan of Rs.18 lacs from DHFL, during the process of documentation the concerned persons of DHFL has taken various signature of my Son and my Wife. Along with the home loan they have added 10 insurance costing to Rs.90388/- for various types of insurance in the name of my son Ankit Arya and sent policies directly at our address without taking our consent. The Loan amount sanction letter was sent Rs.18, 90,388/- including the premium of various insurances which were made without taking our consent/knowledge. All insurances have been cancelled by you and I am very thankful to you for this. But sorry to say that till now I have not received any revised sanctioned letter till now and no outstanding balance has been till now after passing a period of six months. I have called a lot of time to your Chandigarh office and Ambala Cantt office for issuing us the latest outstanding amount against our loan account.
