My loan accounts, no Gur/00291. I raised a loan; DHFL collected 3 checks of Rs 20000 in March 2007 before the start of repayment or say even full disbursement of the loan and reported two checks bounced at the time of last installment, I came to know and gave them a copy of one paid check and statement of account showing second paid check. They agreed one was collected by them. They also levied about 4900 as bouncing charges. From April 2007 I sought a refund with interest on 24900 which their dishonest officials are refusing pay. They collected more than one installment when repayment started in April 2007 and even further. I repaid Rs 100000 in March 2011 where they deducted some money claiming one installment was less paid, I referred them to April 2007 when 2 installments were collected.
