The customer care support is the backbone of the DHL Express, who is not just supporting services, but helps in other little but effective facts. I made a career through DHL yesterday, I didn't know the procedure exactly so I did call for customer care services, as a result of which they helped me until last.

Good courier services with bad customer care support. An executive at DHL neither pick calls properly nor answer emails. One of my friends sent me the keys of the car through DHL so in order to track delivery I did call to the customer care of the DHL for first, second, third and so on but not got any resolution so I mailed them, still there were no response due to which I faced so many problems. Please do some good implementation in customer care service.
