I booked my luggage on Mr. Virender 28th April 2011 and Mr. Virender Singh visited to pack it up. He was nice enough when he arrived but after promising a delivery time of 1 week, he is no longer picking up his phone (over 2 weeks now). I don't know the status of my shipment (about 1 small truck worth) and the irresponsible attitude of this company is frustrating.
