I booked an article to Visakhapatnam from the Alangad office of DTDC on Saturday, 25.6.16 (Cons. Number R21513208). On asking the staff, I was told it would reach the address by Monday, the 27th. Now I understand the article has travelled to Bangalore, Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam, and hasn't reached the address till yesterday, July 1. This has defeated the purpose of my courier, and terribly affected my faith in DTDC. I believe DTDC has to make sure that the customer's trust in its reliability is not betrayed.
