The Ease My Trip is the one of bad and poor service Provider Company. I booked a ticket from Delhi to Goa online. I received a confirmation message on my mobile that your tickets are booked but after a few minutes I got one more message from the company that your tickets are not booked due to some technical problem with the website. I found my money was deducted from my account, but the booking was not confirmed. I contacted to Ease My Trip customer care and they gave not any response to my questions. I am totally frustrated with bad Ease My Trip customer care services.
