I am extremely disappointed with the service. I was told while getting membership that I will be getting a complementary service but nobody told me that it can only be availed after a month. I am from Dubai and was visiting Baroda for a week which I mentioned to them before getting the membership. I feel cheated and feel like the fact was hidden purposely for me to take the membership.
