My aquaguard classic is not working since three days. Even after having placed a complaint no technician has called or come to fix it. Now no one is receiving the helpline number in Bangalore since yesterday. A sic song plays over and over again. Pathetic service.

The customer care center is available or not for Aquaguard water purifier since last three days i am trying to contact, but not lift the phone. Please advise the concerned to do the needful or for servicing the aquaguard water purifier immediately.

I feel that there is a worst response from Eureka Forbes after sales service, I have lodged a request for relocating the device to my new Address both the tech person and customer care female are playing with me by not attending the request from 5 days, This has made me feel that neither one should buy the EF product in their lifetime. I used to get calls from the Jaynagar branch and the number is 918046725555 which they are given false names and laughing being the call was going on.

I had paid to 1.23 lakhs to Eureka Forbes for CCTV cameras around four months back, not installed so far, calling customer care-but no use, not given any invoice for the supplied items, had given to customer complaint, no use, finally I wrote a letter to customer care- no use. What is this company? What way you can call it as a corporate company, if it is corporate company please attend to my issue, or take back all the items what you have supplied.

We have installed an Aquaguard water purifier three months back. Now it is not working. This is the third occasion it become out of order. Last one week we have complained several times, but we have not received any response from your local office. While installing we never expect this kind of service from company like Eureka.
