I have paid full payment through cheque for I clean vacuum cleaner on 22nd November, to Mr. Sathrak in front of manager Mr. Gopal of Eureka Forbes, l haven't yet received any order confirmation email yet, I don't know when I am going to receive my order. I wanted to register my disappointment about your customer service, and your customer response was found disgusting, please look at this matter and do needful for your future customer satisfaction.
