Last week I made an order for the Samsung LED from Ezone online shopping site. I got the delivery of this product within three days. After four or five days of installation LED, it created some problems. When I called to customer care they put my call on hold or sometime transfer my call to another person but did not solve my problems. I am not happy and frustrated with their cheap customer services.

The company sent me a wrong product and when I contacted to Ezone customer care they behave very rudely to me. I am not happy and very disappointed with poor Ezone customer care services.
