Faber is the brand name of a lot of products such as Colours, chimneys and much more things. My gas was not working properly so I went to Faber customer care and checked the gas stove. They checked the problem and rectify it and charged me Rs 300, now it is working fine. I am satisfied with their job.

Hello, Sushma is here. I called the customer care number of Faber. From some days my kitchen chimney is not working properly. I thing it needs to be clean. When i called the customer care executive, he told me that he would reach to me within 3 hours, but he did not come. So, i thing he got forget to come at me. So, i called him again. Now there was another executive, he also said that he would definitely come within 3 hours but no one reached to my home. 24 hours has passed. So, do the needful

There was a problem in my induction cooktop. So, I took it to the service center. The executive took it for three hours to make it reappear. When I went to him again to take my cooktop back, he was asking for money. Sir, My product is under Life Time warranty, then why I should pay money for this service. I also have shown him the warranty card. But he is not agreeing, so solves this problem and asks your executive to return me my cooktop free of cost.
