This review is for Fire fox store Tilak Nagar Nagpur Maharashtra. I purchased Firefox Fusion for 13000/- including accessories within 3 days the rear wheel of the bicycle got bent somewhat. I took bike to store for repair and asked why it got bent. The store employees are the worst people I have seen in my life. They told me on my face blankly that it must have happened due to mishandling or some stunts must have been performed with the bike. The behavior of employees is so rude you will feel that you are talking to some local goons. I asked that this is a costly Mountain bike and I do not expect it to get damaged so easily. After lot of argument they repaired the wheel free of cost. Second day while my son was riding the Bicycle a girl dashed his rear wheel with her bicycle and again the wheel got completely bent so much that it could not rotate and got stuck in break. The quality of Firefox bicycle is worst and the store staff behavior is even worst never purchase Firefox bicycle.
