Hello sir, this is to inform you that I order an iphone 6 16 GB, on 3rd of October 16, 12:08:11pm. There was this big billion sale was going on, as being a regular customer I order the phone and was eagerly waiting for it. I was told that phone would be delivered on 12th of October. But on 10th of October I got a message that order got cancelled as pin code did not matched. I am really disappointed that they didn't even got bothered to call me as I would have collected the product from Dehradun. Now I have called them they saying I need to place new order, as order has been sent back. I am really disappointed that I did not got my product. I could have choose Snapdeal or amazon. But I still chose Flipkart even made whole payment. I would be highly thankful if you could deliver my product back. I am sending you and attached file of the order.
