Hi, this is Radhika Sharma and I belong to New Delhi. I have purchased new G7 desktop for my some official work. But after a few days of purchased, it creates some problems with the screen. The data did not show clearly. I registered my complaint to the customer care center, but they did not take any step against my complaint. They provide so worst customer services.

I have used G7 mobile from last one year. Last month i faced some battery charging problems with this phone. I went to G7 Systems customer care center and told them my problem. The repair man checked the problem and rectified it. He just charged me five hundred rupees. I am glad and satisfied with G7 Systems customer care services.

I purchased a new G7 mobile before two months. I work properly only for one and half months. From last fifteen days it was created problems in speaker. I called so many times to G7 Systems customer care, but their phone was continuously going to busy. I also dropped an email message to G7 Systems customer care, but i did not received any revert from them. Very poor service provided by the company.
