I planned 3 days trip with Gaffara tour and travel. I was much curious about this trip as this was my first trip with this company also this was my first journey in Kashmir. I have booked house boat for 2 days my package was with food. First day service was quite good. But the second day there was no light no water on house boat, when I called Gulam Ali (in charge) he told me he cannot do anything.

Most worst service after spending 30k I was not expecting this type of stupid response from Mr Gulam Ali.
