Your Dehra dun office staff have serious attitude problems. I called your Dehra Dun land line number 0135-2640349 to find out location of your warehouse where from one has to collect packages booked through your agency. Mobile Number given on the webpage has been switched of... at least that the voice recording message had been announcing for at least a dozen times between 1000 hrs to 1500 hrs on 10 June 2013. When finally i got some idiot to respond to my call to seek directions to your office in Mobbewala (an area completely unfamiliar to me), this fellow banged the telephone down without answering me fully to clarify your office location. I am amazed at the quality of people on your staff who cannot even speak politely to a client. Quality of efficiency during transit of goods is another matter, for which I had already lodged a complaint yesterday ,i.e on 9 Jun 2013. I for one have had enough of Gati for this time.
