Hello sir, it complaint is regarding the staff member Mr. Shivaji. Last week I called the IndiGo Airlines Customer Care Number. Then I had talked Mr Shivaji. But they did not provide me proper information about my query. I am very disappointed with their services.

My grand daughter Kirti Yadav had a horrible experience in her return journey Deli-Chennai on your flight leaving at 1320 hours from Delhi airport today the 28th June. She even if was not having excess baggage was asked to pay for 5 kg excess baggage. The staff tried to fleece her and when threatened to make a complaint allowed her. Pl enquire into the matter.
