On my way to mumbai from blr preferred indigo. I had an urgent meeting to be attended at mumbai so paid for the service of priority baggage recovery. To my shocking surprise it reached me much late than normal bag and witnessed by ground staff.

Last Monday I was traveling in Indigo airlines from Mumbai to Goa. The indigo staff was not good and behavior of every staff member was rude. I am not happy with their services. The food of this airline was also not hygienic and tasty. I booked the tickets from the online indigo website, but the indigo website was not working.
