your restaurant service is poor , waiters do not even serve water to customers moreover food made on ground floor not served on first floor ,and vice a versa . same problem is at sector 8 outlet , i had to walk out after seeing rude behaviour of your staff . kindly look into the matter .

Very bad experience with you as a customer today I visited at Gopal for dinner with my 12 team mates around 10 pm but manager refuse to serve the food they told time has been over. Attitude of manager and some of staff are very rude like all are very arrogant. So as consumer I will not be visited again at Gopal. I requested to you kindly intervene and also provide the better service to consumer. What I think if you have to rise in the future than you have to provide the better service as costumer point of view.
