Last Monday I went to Haier customer care center with my friend Amit. There are lots of products available on this service center. I want to purchase the new refrigerator from this company. Firstly, I understand all the features from the company employees, after that I gave the payment and take the refrigerator at my home. I am very satisfied with their services.

Last month, I shopped a Haier mobile phone from its website. A few days ago, some internal problem occurred in the mobile and it automatically got switched off. I called to the customer care number and registered a complaint. They said they will resolve the issue within two days. I checked my service status on the portal. It was showing that the mobile is delivered. But, I am still waiting for the mobile. Kindly deliver it to me as soon as possible.

I purchased a Haier refrigerator in Mumbai. The temperature thermostat part of the refrigerator was suddenly breaks down and stopped working. I immediately connected to the customer care number for replacement. But they did not listen and refused to help me. I am really fed up with their behavior.

Last week, I purchased Haier 195 liters direct cool 5 star HRD-2155BS single door refrigerator from a dealer near my home. There was a cooling pad in the refrigerator. I did not know to use it. For that, I talked to Haier customer care. He also did not tell me properly. I am not happy with the customer care service.
