Mrs. Bishow Shanti Shrestha, the creator of Locks n Shanti, with experience of over 27 years in the business and always enthusiastic about improving beauty in everyone around her, began the first of Locks n Shanti facilities in Delhi’s Southern Ex.-I Area in 2000.
