Booked tests for parents, test report came after 3 days. Had to reschedule the doctor's appointment for 3 times. I was promised for full money refund because test reports were delayed, now customer care is saying that they never promised it even though I have written email proof for this. Worst ever service, I would suggest if you want the test reports urgently, better to go to some good lab.

This lab is very bad customer care is not responding me on call. Reports came in 8 days when I called them 10 times in a day. Please nobody go with this lab if you want to save your money and time.

I booked three packages for my parents and me the services is so good sample collector reached in morning and reports is authentic. I suggest if anyone want pathology test go with healthians.

My name is Parmeet Kaur, I went for my complete blood tests on 15.03.17. According to their report my TSH was 7.6, as I talked to my doctor on call, he told me to get the tests done from another reliable lab, as my body did not show symptoms of thyroid, My report according to the other lab showed my TSH level 2.2. These people are misleading everyone, kindly don't go for Healthians.
