I had purchased one specs with Airwear Transition Lens, just before the last Durga pujas. I am your customer for the last 20 years or so. The said Lens have become scratchy, all over, and even the coating has worn off from a portion of the left lens. When I contacted your shop, Dasbabu was at first very reluctant to attend my quaries and later asked for the bill of the said specs. I was taken aback as every sales person and every body in your shop knew me/my family very well from our long association with your shop.
