I purchased an iball phone Andi 5K last month and suggest to everyone do not spend your money by purchasing an iball phone. Iball phone Features is not good like storage memory, sound quality, display quality and last three days I am facing charging problem on the phone. iball service center, service is also poor. They don't give any satisfied resolutions.

I serviced mobile from the iBall tablet service center with the purpose of upgrade the working efficiency of the smartphone. Really, the center had done a great job. Mobile is working effectively rather than before. The service time duration is also not bad. I fully satisfied with the center services.

My I ball mobile phone Aasaan had problem with its Key pad. I visited their Andheri east service centre situated above hotel ratnagiri. I explained them that this phone belongs to an old age person and needs to be repaired at once. The staff their understood my requirement and rectified the phone within 15 minutes and did not even charge anything. I am sincerely thankful to all of them for understanding the sensitivity of my case and helping me. They all deserve accolades. A big thanks to you all.
