Hello, my name is Anushka Sharma and I bought a monthly plan from the ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited. They committed that you would receive the amount of five lakh after seven years. But after completing the seven years, I can't receive the actual amount which they committed. I also called the customer care, but the response was so bad.
