After sale service very poor. NOt replying to queiry. nither through e-mail nor through physical doc. on tele-talk I am informed that Idea has no practice to reply. You have to inquire every time for any quiry though the fault may be of company.

Last few days I have been facing some problem in idea internet. I called to the idea customer care and complaint about net problem. i was waiting from two days but no problem was sort out by idea customer care. At last I port my idea number to air Tel number. After that within 4 hours they called me back on my number and asked the problem. Next day the problem was sorted out.

I always face networking problem with Idea connection. It has given me a bad experience once. One day my boss told me to do a mail to him, so I started preparing mail on mobile and send, but after ten minutes I saw the loading was going on and the mail did not send till now.
