Last year I purchased a microwave from IFB Company. Last month I had faced problems with my microwave. The microwave heating system is not working properly. Then I contact with customer care and registered a complaint according my microwave problem. Next day one engineer came to my house and checked the issues. He charged me just five hundred rupees and now my microwave work properly.
