During the time period of a policy I found that the customer care service of the company is good to solve the customer query. Till now I have not any issue related my insurance policy. So I like Iffco Tokio General Insurance company.

The insurance plans of the Iffco Tokio General Insurance company are so rubbish. Last year I purchased a money back policy from the company. They committed that you will get an amount of 3 lakh after 2 years. But now three years have passed, but I could not receive any amount. I also called customer care to solve the issue, but they can't.
