Last week I visited at IndiaFirst Life Insurance Company to do some inquiry about my policy. When I reached there they did not give me any proper information. When I went to the customer care team, they also did not hear me carefully and made me wait for approximately two hours to give me just few information. I am very unhappy with this company.
