It's your kind duty to inform passengers about the delay timing of the train. My train timing is 8:10 am after that you announced its delay by 15 minutes and now what I see is it's 8:40 am and no information from your staff is circulating and apart from these your inquiry no is not existed so please its an immense request from my side that please inform us.
