I called the Railway customer care number to get the information related my booking of train. The train was booked on time. But when i went to the railway station my name was not in the list of that booked train. It was quite surprising. When I asked at the help desk counter, they were also refusing about the booked train online. Now can anyone help me out from this problem?

Sir, it is not a good thing for you. I have to attend an urgent occasion. It was a marriage of my childhood friend. What was the reason, I don’t know?
