My experience was bad. I had ordered NIvia basketball shoe and they did not have stock. It seems their website has not been updated in a while. They did not call back and inform. when I got though luckily on their mobile, I was told they had run out of stock and want to ship another type as replacement. I rejected.I threatened to lodge a police complaint. Then they refunded.

I have received this shoe in just 18 hours after ordering. There is only one problem, the shoe sole is not exactly the same which is shown in image. In this image is showing red sole with round rubber spikes but I have received the gray and black sole with little flat spikes.
