I have placed an order for a dress from Koovs. The company was committed that they deliver my order within four days. But there were ten days passed out, my order was not delivered to me. When I called to Koovs customer care and asked them about my order, then they replied me that which dress I was ordering its out of stock. I told them when I ordered it then it is available in the stock, but the representative of the company did not ready to hear anything. I am so frustrated from bad Koovs customer care services.

I have ordered a few products from online from Koovs website. I paid the whole payment through my net banking, which is five thousand rupees. Within five days, the products delivered by the company at my home. The packing of the product was too good. I received my products without any damage and scratches. I am so happy and satisfied with Koovs customer care services.

For 1 week I have been calling Koovs customer care number it is always busy every minute, how can a customer be always on call for 24 hours. I want to return my product it doesn’t’ fit me and quality very bad. I have send you a mail too, I will be very grateful if you response my call quickly.
