Hello, my name is Ravi Kant Sharma and last month, unfortunately I lost my purse and also lost my Kotak Mahindra Bank ATM card. To apply for a new one I went to the bank and asked the staff how to apply new one. The behavior of the staff was not good they talked me rudely. So I don't like this Bank.

Last sunday I was lost my kotak mahindra bank ATM card. I went to kotak mahindra bank customer care center and ask from bank staff how to apply the new ATM card procedure. One employee gave me one form and told me please fill this form and return back me. After one week the ATM card will receive at your home. Good services provided by this bank.
