I have a Toshiba laptop. From the date of purchasing it, it hangs all time. Many times I called on the service center of it. But no one picked my call. My laptop have still under warranty. So I again called on the service center number. This time a person picked my call and I registered an complaint against it. They sent an engineer at my house. He figures out the problem and said charge extra money for its repairing. I told him it is under warranty, but he did not agree with this and said this fault does not cover under warranty. I paid an extra amount for repairing it, very bad service of Toshiba Company.
