LG local service center provides very poor service and also not receiving good responce from customer care. we are decided to stop the salling of LG products due to hopeless service. i want to inform u that ur product is good but service is very poor. so plz. contact to service center.

very poor service from lg. Even after one month , the faulty compressor has not been replaced which is just 2 years old.

Extremely poor service for fault repair. It is more beneficial going in for a less visible brand name that has good after sales service top of the line names. Its indicative of a total lack of accountability on the managements part.

After Sales Service seems to be a farce as far as LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd is concerned. This despite our having a valid Annual Maintenance Service Contract. Our AC stopped working and we intimated the Company on their Call Centre Number. The person who came to repair the AC told us that he would revert with the necessary spare part the next day. Its over a month and he is yet to come back!
