i mr sohail bargir have given a complaint on 11 march a nobody has attended i tried calling each evey person fro lg but no no works . is this is service we customers get from lg .

Holess. I tried to get in touch with them for washing machine insatallation. Though toll free no and also through LG exclusive shop. No response for 9 days. This is the service (?) you get from LG and their exlusive dealers.

I called to customer care, after that the engineer came and check my new refrigerator. There was some cooling problem in refrigerator. The engineer repaired it and charged me Rupees 2500. I am totally disappointed with their services.
