I had purchased a Livpure water purifier from its authorized dealer. After some days, its push button did not function properly. I can't take water from the water purifier. I connected to the Livpure customer care number. As they said, I took it to the service center for repair. But they did not repair my water purifier yet. Kindly rectify my problem.

Hello, my name is Rishabh Thakur. I am using a Livpure water heater from last two years. Me and my family drink pure and healthy water. I have attached my purifier with water motor. When the water has come in the tub, the purifier automatically filled up with the help of a motor. So there is no need to give more efforts to fill water into the purifier. I am very happy with using such a nice product.

Several times I called to the Livpure customer care number for this issue. They rejected listen to me. Kindly do something for it and repair my water purifier as soon as possible.
