Worst service! My consignment was delayed for 1 week and when calling their office everyday they simply replied it is at some godown not the destination one. The booking office confirmed the consignment will reach in 2 days. Bad service. After delivered to the destination godown, the officer there was mannerless in talks to me, a woman, as if the company was working for free for me. I had paid all the charges. They asked me to take the consignment myself out of the godown as it was a bike, they should have atleast moved it out of the ramp.And they again charged me for Hamali. God knows what is their definition of it! Workers there were just sitting and watching. They never packed my consignment or they never told me that I need to pack it. The officer there shouted at me saying other consignments would get dirty! He was an idiot. I advise him to retire as he is old and of no use. Pathetic service!! Will never ever use this company again and will inform majority of people.BEWARE of it!
