Hello Sir/Madam, I am Surti Mahajan. On 25th of May 2015, I have booked Mahindra Rodeo Scooter at nearest Mahindra Two Wheeler dealer. They told me that Scooter will be got you within 15 days. But now, 22 days has been passed, but I have not received any call from the dealer. I have also phoned on Mahindra Two Wheelers customer care number. But I have not got any call or confirmation message.

The Dealer told me that the bike will be delivered to you within 10 days, but now 25 days has been passed, but I have not received any response. I have also phoned on Mahindra Two Wheelers customer care number. But they are not responding.

Mahindra two wheelers customer care excutive are mannerless. I called for the information related to the services under the warranty period but the customer care executive was very rude. He directly told to visit at the showroom or service center, no information is provided there. What a rubbish service!
