Last month I applied for health insurance policy from the Mahindra Insurance Brokers website. After completing all the procedure, I paid my first premium through my online banking. I got a message on my mobile and also received an email from the company that due to some problems, your application was not submitted, please try again later. But my money was deducted from my account. I called to Mahindra Insurance Brokers customer care and registered my complaint. But I did not get any positive response. I am not satisfied with bad and poor service of the company.
