Hello everyone, My name is Ashok Mehra and I am owner of a software company. In the area ,where my company is situated we face the power cut problem. Then i purchased a Mahindra Powerol Diesel Generator to solve the power cut problem. After reached the generator at the company I called the customer care for installation they send a team of mechanic to install this. They installed this with in two days.

It's my biggest mistake of life to purchase a generator from Mahindra Powerol. After reaching the generator at my office, the company sends a team of its employees for installation. It worked very well, but after a few months it started creating a problem with its sound. While it runs, it made loud sound which makes every employee difficulty to sit in an office. I called customer care to solve my problem, but the response was not so good. So I am worried about this.

After sale service of the Mahindra Powerol Company is so rubbish. Last month I purchased a diesel generator for the company and installed. When I faced the power cut problem, it does not start automatically. I told this problem to customer care, but the problem not solved yet. So I am worried about this.
