Since then I am requesting my dealer m/s Forma and co., Lattice bridge Rd, Chennai. but all effort in vain, to send one service engineer for product demonstration. My friend suggested me to purchase a Morphy Richards toaster. But when I purchased it, I got very disappointed with that product because in only 5 days, it started creating problems. Sometime it created heating problem and sometimes it heated up too much. I will never purchase again any product of this company.

The glass of my OTG 40 liters capacity door shattered when I tried to close the door. The lever in the door is malfunctioning for the second time in a year. I booked a complaint on the toll free number and even sent an email about the problem. It is a week now but no response from the company.
