I am from Vileparle Mamata CHS Limited., Vileparle - East, Mumbai-57, where you are appointed as PMC, here M/s River Rose Developers Pvt. Ltd. were appointed as Developer for society redevelopment purpose, they have converted their Pvt. Ltd. Co. in to LLP which is in contravention to tender condition - that change in constitution will be not permitted and developer get disqualified automatically, and security deposit get forfeited, and further this developer has not done a work of construction of single rupee in this firm, how they have qualified as developer, and secondly they have accumulated losses of Rs. 50 Lacs, how bank guarantee of Rs. 40 Crores. was obtained ? Please throw light on this ASAP.

Can any of the builder approach the society (like adity or like him or PMC as you are )and convenience the people as our society is in prime area adjunct to Royal plaza and Devraj mall, opposite Dahisar East railway station which can be totally build for commercial purpose.

Our attention was drawn to one item appearing in internet website - http://news.nwn.in/files/2011/08/Mumbai-CBI-2009.pdf, which refers about CBI filed a case/had inquiry vide PE -03(A)/09- 31-December-2009, where Mr Bharat Rajpara and River Rose Developers Pvt Ltd names are referred.

40 Crore is solvency claimed by developer? they have changed name from River Rose Developers Pvt Ltd to River Rose Developers LLP and now they are backing out for producing solvency certificate. They also want to pocket money by through pocket terrace at the cost of not getting OC and common terrace.
